KRAJAN bread – 30% flour blend with fibre and sunflower is the winner of the Consumers' Choice Competition at POLAGRA-TECH 2014. The product submitted by ECO-TRADE from Gliwice received 52.88% of valid votes. Krajan bread is a 30% flour blend enriched with dietary fibre (17%) and sunflower seeds (24%). It is an invaluable source of fibre, which takes care of our figure and health and is essential for normal human diet. It includes high addition of sunflower and dark golden flaxseed. Apart from its visual qualities it enriches the product with health benefits. Its unusual shape attracts attention, and the taste will satisfy the most demanding palates.

According to consumers the best of the products awarded MTP Gold Medal at POLAGRA-GASTRO was Premium Cold Counter submitted to the competition by KOMAT Mieczyslaw Kozlowski of Romanowo Dolne. With 72.42% of all votes, the manufacturer of this product was awarded the "Consumers' Choice" title for the second year in a row.
