First, Experts awarded Gold Medals, and now you have! We already know the best of the products awarded MTP Gold Medal - Consumers' Choice at Polagra Food, Polagra Tech, Pakfood, Polagra Gastro and Invest Hotel 2015.

Voting, which lasted during and a month after the fair on the Internet at www.zlotymedal.mtp.pl, was closed on 26 October 2015.

The product most appreciated by the visitors and Internet users in the Gold Medal - Consumers' Choice Competition at Polagra Food 2015 were EXTRA ŚREMSKIE butter submitted to the competition by Wielkopolska Składnica Mleczarska in Poznań.

EXTRA Śremskie butter made from curdled cream is a natural product manufactured from milk fat, which is characterized by pleasant milky flavour and high content of vitamins A, D, E and K, which are good for eyesight and prevent rickets. Butter is natural fat, easily absorbed and supporting cell building, and thus it needs to be included in the diet of children, adults and pregnant and breastfeeding women. Extra Butter Śremskie is a top quality product for versatile applications. It is great when added to sandwiches and suitable for the preparation of cakes, desserts and various other dishes. The butter is highly appreciated for taste and quality, because it is produced using a traditional method.

The product received 43,27% of valid votes.

U5 oil vane vacuum pumps is the other winner at Polagra Tech 2015. The product submitted by Becker Polska Sp. z o.o. from Kościan won 55,39% of valid votes.

A new series of Becker U5 oil vane vacuum pumps, with the energy efficiency of 70 to 650m3/h, ensures the shortest times of pumping out among the vacuum pumps currently commercially available in the market. The pumps reach the final pressure of 0.1/0.07 mbar abs and are characterized by high tolerance to water vapour. The installed IE3 efficiency level motors offer reduced energy consumption as compared to their predecessors, which significantly increases their effectiveness.

At Pakfood 2015 the best of the products awarded MTP Gold Medal according to Consumers was SCHUR® JAR "Jar-shaped bag" submitted to the competition by SCHUR STAR SYSTEMS GMBH from Germany. The product received 64,83% of the total votes.

The product most appreciated by the visitors and Internet users in the Gold Medal - Consumers' Choice Competition at Polagra Gastro & Invest Hotel 2015 were UV light curing system for varnishes and floor oils HID Ultraviolet, LLC, USA submitted to the competition by P.B. “Spec-Bud” Sp. z o.o..

UV light allows you to instantly cure varnishes/oils and use the floor shortly after. The total varnish curing time using the traditional method ranges from 3 to 7 days. Our system allows for complete cure in 304 hours. When using appropriate machines, the floor becomes hard as a diamond, impervious to chemicals and resistant to abrasion. The technology ensures perfect floor finish in a fast and convenient way.
